Mindfulness essentially allows you to fully experience the present moment.  If you practice it right there are no thoughts of the future and there are no thoughts of the past.  There is only this moment as it is in the present.  Mindfulness is devoid of stress, lack, or other thoughts or emotions that you probably feel all the time.  Simply eliminating these thoughts will dramatically improve your life because it changes the way you think and the actions you take.


Mindfulness can change your entire life.  It can shape your daily life and interactions with people so that every waking moment is perfect.  Once you get to know more about mindfulness and how it can help you, it can become addictive.  But this addiction is a positive addiction that won’t have any negative side effects.


Most of the time, just by being aware of your unconsciousness, it will instantly bring you back into the present moment and you will feel an overwhelming sense of tranquility that is indescribable unless you have experienced this tranquility yourself.


Whether it was your mind thinking about the future or past.  Or maybe it was you judging someone.  Whatever it was, realize that it doesn’t matter.  Understand that you were unconscious. Being aware of your unconsciousness is the first step towards being conscious. In order to combat your emotions when trying to practice mindfulness begin by breathing deeply.  It seems that whenever we are faced with a stressful situations or a stressful thoughts in our mind, we breathe fast and sporadically.  To help get yourself out of this body reaction to something stressful, control your breathing. When the body leads, the mind will follow.


There is no attention to future events that may happen and you are not thinking about past events. You should channel all of your energy and thoughts in the now.
