Daily acts of self-love

Self care
Self-love First

Think of self-care as an invitation to be kind to yourself and then take that positive, rejuvenating energy into your interactions and experiences.

We are each born into this world with unique gifts. Within us is a glimmer of the divine, a light that can potentially make the world a more beautiful place. But in many, that light lies dormant, snuffed out by fears and feelings of inadequacy.
When you dare to share your light with the world, the beauty and perfection of your soul become visible. You become a whole being -- the literal embodiment of your vast potential.

When we tune into our body, mind, heart, and soul, we become fully present within ourselves and our needs. In other words, self-care is a catalyst for self-awareness, self-respect, and self-love. If you’ve been feeling a little wobbly with self-care, try this simple practice: Sit quietly and ask yourself: What’s one easy thing I can do now that would feel good? Maybe it’s staying seated and enjoying a moment of silence. Maybe it’s getting up and going for a stroll outside. Maybe it’s sipping a comforting cup of tea. Whatever it is, do it with your full acceptance and presence.

Think of self-care as an invitation to be kind to yourself and then take that positive, rejuvenating energy into your interactions and experiences. Start small and go from there, with little daily acts of self-love that will nourish your soul.
Our true nature is to love ourselves, yet we forget. Like a muscle, it needs to be flexed and strengthened, and one of the most direct ways to do this is through acts of self-care.
Caring for yourself generates a positive, rejuvenating energy of self-love that you can take into the world. When you fall in love with yourself, you begin to see yourself more positively, appreciate your unique outlook on life, and treat yourself in a more nurturing way. In loving yourself, you are acknowledging that you are special and deserving of love.

Best of all, you are giving yourself one of the greatest gifts you have to give another. You are giving yourself the gift of your love.

Don't forget to say "I Love You" to yourself today and every day!
