"Hands on the Wall"

It’s all about stretching when it comes to tightness on hamstring or lower back issues.

Stretching your back on a regular basis you stretch the ligaments as well as the muscles and prevent the shortening that leads to dysfunction. Hamstrings stretch can prevent them from becoming too tight and provide extra support for the back and pelvis.


Be aware of your thoughts in a non-judgmental way and replace them with thoughts that your body/mind isn't overwhelmed by. The body and the mind each have their own natural wisdoms. Creating dialogue and understanding between the two integrates their wisdoms and creates a powerful union.


Place both hands on the wall at shoulder height. Walk your feet out until your ankles line up perfectly with your hips. Soften your knees and then try to create a straight horizontal line from your hands to hips by lowering your shoulders. Breathe with gentleness and openness. Enjoy your stretch.
